The Terms of Service determine the contractual relationship between Amalay (the Data Controller) and any natural or legal person wishing to book a bus trip via the Amalay.ma website (hereinafter "the User").
Any booking made via the site implies:
- full and irrevocable acceptance of the Terms of Service,
- acknowledgment by the User of having read them,
- waiver of their own purchasing conditions if applicable.
Amalay reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time. Modifications automatically apply to any booking confirmed after they are posted online.
The offers proposed on Amalay.ma correspond to the available bus trips and are presented according to the conditions and seat limits displayed. Operators may update their offers; only the price in effect at the time of booking is binding.
The prices displayed on Amalay.ma are expressed in Dirhams (DHS), all taxes included (TTC). Any variation in the VAT rate may be reflected in the fares.
The User selects the offer of their choice on the site, checks the summary, and then validates their booking after accepting the Terms of Service.
Une fois confirmée :
- the booking can no longer be modified by the User,
- validation constitutes proof of transaction.
The User can create an account, accessible via the sidebar. Account closure can be requested via Amalay.ma/contact.

The booking is only final after full payment.
Payment methods:
- Cash payment at the partner money transfer network
The User presents the pre-booking reference. A receipt is issued to them.
- Secure online payment via CMI
The User is redirected to a secure interface to enter their banking details.
A confirmation email is sent after payment validation.
Subject to the right of withdrawal, no cancellation can be requested after confirmation.
Some buses do not have numbered seats: seating is therefore free according to the order of arrival.
The seats chosen during booking are preferences, not guarantees. Operators may reorganize seating for operational reasons. Amalay cannot be held responsible for changes made by operators.
In accordance with Law 31-08 on consumer protection, the User can withdraw within a period of 7 clear days. Refund will be made within a maximum of 15 days.
Exceptions (non-changeable, non-cancellable, non-refundable):
- CTM
- Supratours
- SAT
- Ghazala Trans
- Supplement Buses
For other operators:
- Cancellation possible up to 3 hours before departure
- Cancellation fee: 20%, excluding service fees (non-refundable)
- Price difference non-refundable in case of modification
Access is reserved for Users having:
- a valid ticket, or
- a confirmation received by email via Amalay.
In case of overbooking, the operator must offer a free alternative.
Passengers must present valid identity documents accepted by Moroccan authorities. Their absence does not entitle to any refund or modification.
Amalay is only bound by an obligation of means. Amalay cannot be held responsible for:
- damages related to the Internet (viruses, interruptions, etc.)
- incidents occurring during transport (responsibility of the operator)
All elements of the Amalay.ma site (text, images, layout, logo, brand...) are protected by Moroccan intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, use or modification is strictly prohibited.
11.1 Data Collected
To book, the User transmits: last name, first name, email, phone, banking data.
This data is used only to:
- manage the booking,
- transmit information to the operator,
- perform the financial transaction.
CNDP declaration made (reference to be completed).
Data may be stored through the use of cookies (deactivation possible).
11.2 User Rights
In accordance with Law 09-08, the User can access, modify or delete their data through their account or via the Amalay.ma/contact section.
11.3 Promotional Offers
The User can agree to receive offers from operators. Unsubscription possible at any time.
11.4 Storage Duration
Data is kept:
- for the duration necessary to carry out the trip and transaction
- for the lifetime of the account
11.5 Security & Anti-Fraud
Amalay can suspend or delete any account showing:
- false information
- abnormal activity
- abuse attempts
- fraud or manipulation
An immediate suspension without notice can be applied in case of necessity.
Amalay implements all necessary measures to protect data and keep the site operational.
Interruptions may occur (maintenance, network overload), without entitlement to compensation.
The Terms of Service are subject to Moroccan law.
In case of dispute, exclusive jurisdiction: Commercial Court of Rabat.
